Due to the volatile nature of PC component pricing, a quote issued by DataLink Services Ltd will only be valid for a period of 14 days. If the quote is not accepted within this period it will be our policy to check the component prices and if necessary issue a new quote. In some cases prices may even drop


An invoice will be issued when all components for a job have been purchased and before the upgrade commences.

Full payment will be required upon completion and delivery of an upgrade, sale or service.


The manufacturer warranty applies to all products sold by DataLink Services Ltd. Under the limitations of that warranty, all individual parts sold by DataLink Services Ltd have a warranty against the manufacturing defects for a period of ONE (1) year, unless otherwise specified. Merchandise that is abused after shipping is not covered by any Warranty.


DataLink Services Ltd are not responsible for the integrity of data on storage equipment. (Hard drives, tape drives, floppy disks). We strongly recommend that customers back up their data before bringing systems in for diagnosis or repair.

DataLink Services Ltd does not support or warrantee purchased or installed software.

DataLink Services Ltd will not be held responsible for incidental damages done to hardware from any and all upgrades. E.g - Where another component fails due to fair wear and tear or has an existing fault.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We will exchange any defective or faulty products purchased, as long as they are returned within 28 days of the purchase invoice date. 

We do not give refunds on products. We honour exchanges instead. 

We also accept exchanges on products that were selected in error (granted they are returned within a 10 day period). 

An Exchange must be requested within 28 days of the original invoice date. 

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. We give a 30 day concurrent warranty, beside the Manufacturer's warranty, on all products. Any products found to be defective after the 30 days should be returned to the manufacturer for any manufacturer warranty. 

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. 

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user's manuals. 

DataLink Services Ltd policies, as well as prices, are subject to change without notice.
